Tank's House-Made Sausage
and Smoked Meats

Tank’s Meats has been making house-made sausages since the mid-1950s when they brought the first Swiss sausage-maker here to add sausages to the fresh meat selection. Ten years later, Al, who had apprenticed in sausage making and meat cutting in his home of Switzerland immigrated to the United States. Years later he married the owner’s daughter and took over the business in 1976.  Today’s hand-made sausage follows in the long line of deliciousness. Enjoy!
